We offer a one stop shop service and can help with everything you’d see your NHS GP about including treatment, diagnosis, certificates, tests and procedures. Our doctors can also prescribe you medicines during the 15 minute appointment so you won’t have to visit a pharmacy.

What am I entitled to?
Equity FD are covering the cost of the following:
- 15-minute clinic appointments
- LifeSmart Vital Health Screen
- Annual flu vaccinations
You are also eligible for discounted GP video appointments for yourself and your friends and family. A discounted video appointment will cost from £20 for a 15 minute appointment.
You’ll need to pay for any additional items such as medication or blood tests.
