- We cannot refund any oral medication or vaccinations once they have been administered or dispensed.
- All consultations to be paid in full at the end of the consultation.
- We reserve the right to refuse service.
- We have zero tolerance towards violence or aggression towards our staff.
Late Policy: In order to provide the best possible service to all of our patients, we ask that if you are running late to please contact us so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure you are seen by our doctor. As our clinics are very busy, you may be asked to reschedule or wait for an available appointment so other patients are not inconvenienced.
At London Doctors Clinic, all patient details and records are kept in the strictest of confidence.
We share information only with other medical service providers involved directly with your care including laboratory services, imaging centre or specialists to whom you have requested a referral.
We will not share information with anyone else, unless you give express permission for us to do so.
The only exceptions to this is when we are required to by UK law – i.e when a patient is considered to be a danger to themselves or others, or if we are required to do so by a court order.
To communicate with patients and other healthcare providers, we use phone, fax and email and this is done as confidentially as possible but we cannot accept responsibility for breaches of these communication routes beyond our control.
In providing us with a phone number or email address, we consider this implied permission to contact you by this means regarding your healthcare.
