About the Job

Overview

This is a broad and varied role sitting in our consumer (D2C) healthcare team. Working closely with the Head of Performance Marketing, you’ll be responsible for attracting new patients into our clinics and encouraging them to come back again in a cost-effective manner, as well as championing the best possible patient experience. There is a strong focus on website marketing, creating engaging content and email marketing. We’re looking for someone with enthusiasm who’s commercial and results-driven, proactive and who enjoys rising to a challenge. Accountabilities

Support the Head of Performance Marketing to deliver the D2C revenue and patient numbers for new and repeat patients. This includes

  • Create and improve the consumer website and app including managing content to promote all services and improve visitor to booking conversion. Manage day to day content changes on the website and app – creating new pages, amending existing content, adding new locations or services, updating imagery, changing booking forms or other functionality.
  • Plan and execute activities to grow the proportion of patients who use our services on a regular basis. This includes running all aspects of email and app and other customer marketing activities for the best possible ROIs – creating content, managing targeting and data selections, building email templates within Mailchimp platform, managing email delivery including proofing, testing and results analysis.
  • Plan and deliver activities to support specific product or service areas, working with clinical and operations teams to get the best possible commercial results and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new marketing channels or opportunities to grow revenue and increase patient numbers. Present business cases and recommendations to stakeholders and deliver and optimise all activities
  • Identify and support local marketing activities to support individual clinics or localities, working in partnership with operations team and location owners to deliver and measure activities. This includes managing our remote screens software and messaging. Work with operations to maximise promotion and uptake of services from patients within the clinic.
  • Create/manage the creation of all assets for campaign activity including social media using platforms such as Canva and Adobe. Work with external designers and other suppliers as required.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of internal communications. This includes supporting drafting messages and building and sending emails
  • Other ad hoc requirements as outlined by Head of Performance Marketing, Marketing Director or senior stakeholders. This could include areas like competitor or pricing research, customer satisfaction and refinement of presentations.

 

Based: London Bridge, London/ Remote Hybrid

Salary up to £40k

Key Attributes

Experience

  • Some knowledge of WordPress CMS and using the admin console would be a big advantage, as would knowledge of JotForm
  • Some email marketing experience would also be preferable including hands-on use of Mailchimp or other email marketing tools
  • Content creation is a big part of the role so it’s essential you enjoy writing and have a good grasp of grammar
  • Basic Adobe/ Photoshop / design skills are also a bonus
  • Proficient with Office 365 programmes (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Proficient with Office 365 programmes (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

 

Skills and Qualities

  • Above all, we’re looking for someone with a keen commercial judgement and who can deliver outstanding business results
  • Good organisation and planning skills – the ability to keep cool and juggle lots of pieces of work simultaneously are a must
  • You need to be someone who likes detail and can produce accurate work unsupervised, whether this is proofing copy, setting up emails or understanding performance data.
  • We work as one team and so we’re looking for someone to roll their sleeves up and get stuck into whatever they’re asked to do
  • It’s also critical you can manage your time and will be able to deliver to deadlines you agree
