Are The Doctors Clinic Group and London Doctors Clinic the same company?

Yes, London Doctors Clinic is a trading name of The Doctors Clinic Group. Inside the M25, we operate under the London Doctors Clinic brand.

What benefits does the app give me?

Downloading and registering on the app gives you instant access to your corporate benefits from your phone, without the need to bookmark a specific URL. Once you’ve registered there’s no need to re-enter your information; plus, you can set a home or favourite clinic so booking is faster and easier.

What software versions do I need to run the app?

You need to be running on IOS 12 or Android 8.0 or above to use the Doctors Clinic Group App.

How long does it take to sign up?

Registration is quick and simple and should take no more than 5 minutes. You will need your corporate PIN which will be given to you by your employer. Once you’re registered you can make faster bookings without re-entering details.

Where do I get my corporate pin?

Your employer will communicate your corporate pin to all eligible employees. For security reasons the Doctors Clinic Group is unable to confirm corporate pins to any patients.

I’m having problems downloading the app. Who can help me?

Please check you are running on IOS 12 or Android 8.0 or above. You need to be connected to the internet via WIFI or GPRS to download and use the app.

Do I need to use my work or personal email address to set up my account?

It’s absolutely up to you. You can choose either your private or work email address.

Is the app free or do I need to pay for in-app services?

The app is free and gives you access to all services. However, depending on your company’s package, you might need to pay for some medical services. Please check with your HR department.

How do I know what my benefits are/what my company pays for?

You can visit your personalised company page via the ‘My Benefits’ link on the Menu screen. For any other specific queries, please contact your HR team.

How do I set or change my home clinic?

Visit the ‘Account’ section and select ‘My profile’. You will see the option to set your home clinic at the top of this screen. Save your details and the app will automatically show you appointments at your chosen clinic when you book.

Can I update my personal details?

Yes, visit the ‘My profile’ page under ‘Account’. You can update your details and save any changes there.

Does the app work offline?

You will need to be connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or GPRS to use the app.

Where can I see my upcoming appointment?

Please check your in app notifications which will include a booking confirmation with your appointment details.

Can I contact you via the app?

Yes, visit the Account section of the app and you will see how to contact us by email and phone.

Can I get my test results via the app?

Tests results are shared via notifications which will link you to our secure results portal. You will need to access any results using your date of birth and email address supplied at point of registration.

Covid test results are delivered directly into the app via your notifications.

How do I order a Covid test?

If your employer is paying for your tests:
Simply click on Order/Book a Covid-19 Test on your homepage and follow the next steps. If you are ordering a home test then make sure you have your coupon code to hand.

If your employer is not paying for your tests:
If you are purchasing and paying for a test for you or your family yourself, go to the Covid-19 page within ‘Services’. You will find details for all our Covid tests and services, which are available for direct booking.

Is the app secure?

Yes, the app has been developed in accordance with ISO 27000 standards. We have conducted a penetration test i.e., used an ethical hacker to ensure the app and data are secure. We recommend all users set up biometric security (Face or Touch ID) or a Pin code when using our app.

Will my employer see my personal data?

No personal or medical data you provide is shared with your employer or anyone else unless we have your express consent to do this. This may be the case if you have a Covid test arranged by your employer, have a fit to work medical, or other work-related test.

Does the app integrate with Apple / Google Health?

Not yet, although this is something we expect to introduce in the future.

How much storage space does the app take up?

The app is around 20MB in size so won’t have a big impact on your storage space.
