Private physiotherapy services | Video physiotherapy
We offer accessible and effective video and face-to-face physiotherapy treatments with Vita Health Group. If you’re experiencing ongoing muscle pain, suffering from a sports injury or maybe you’re not moving as well as you used to, we can offer the advice and support you need.
The team of expert physiotherapists will work on identifying the cause of the problems you’re experiencing and develop a treatment plan that fits your lifestyle.
What will happen during my physio session?
Your physiotherapist will assess your condition during your initial consultation to help find the source of the problem and provide a diagnosis. They’ll then create a tailor-made treatment plan that can involve manual therapy, exercises, soft-tissue massage, biomechanics and more.
During follow-up consultations, your physiotherapist will check in to ensure you are progressing well with your treatment plan. While everyone is different and the number of sessions required to get you back to your best will vary depending on the type or severity of your condition, the overall aim is to focus on mobility and improving movement. You can choose to have your sessions face-to-face, virtually or a combination.
