How will private physiotherapy help me?

Physiotherapy uses exercise as a way to enhance and optimise physical wellbeing and physical activity. Our aim is to restore and maintain movement and function to treat and prevent further injuries or illnesses.

There are many reasons to see a physiotherapist. The most commons reason is to treat musculoskeletal conditions including back pain, hip pain and knee pain.

We also treat:

  • Sports injuries – sprained or strained muscles, ligament injuries, shin splints, tendon problems
  • Arthritic conditions
  • Frozen shoulder
  • Post-surgery rehabilitation
  • Carpal Tunnel syndrome
  • Achilles heel pain
  • Sciatica

What happens in a private physio session?

Our friendly and professional therapists will use the initial consultation to carry out an assessment to help find the source of the problem and help provide a diagnosis. Once we have a diagnosis, we’ll build a tailormade treatment plan to help your rehabilitation which will be made available to you via the app. Your comprehensive exercise plan will include video prescriptions selected and tailored by your physiotherapist.

We can then arrange follow-up consultations with our physiotherapist to ensure you are progressing well with your treatment plan. While everyone is different and the amount of sessions you need will differ to someone else, our overall aim is to focus on mobility and improving movement.

Our private physiotherapy services outside of London

If you work or live outside of London, we can refer you to one of the 300 clinic locations nationwide to ensure you have access to treatment at a location that works for you. We can provide you with a referral either in a face-to-face GP appointment or a video appointment.
