Health Insights is a new genetic health test, now available across our London clinics in partnership with Genomics, leaders in genetic testing and personalised healthcare.

Using a simple saliva sample, the test helps you understand your genetic risk of developing common conditions*, including:

How does the Health Insights genetic test work?
Health Insights combines advanced DNA analysis with key clinical health factors such as age, sex and ethnicity.
Unlike standard genetic testing, Health Insights uses polygenic risk scores — analysing millions of small genetic variations across your DNA — to build a more accurate, personalised picture of your future health risk.
By combining genetics with traditional clinical data, Health Insights goes beyond standard health checks. It provides clear, actionable insights that you can discuss with a GP and use to guide long-term prevention and screening.

What to expect?
1. Start with a GP consultation
Begin with a consultation where one of our experienced GPs will explain the test, review your medical history and confirm if Health Insights is right for you.
2.Complete your saliva test at home
If you choose to proceed, you’ll receive a simple test kit by post. Follow the instructions and return your sample using the prepaid packaging.
3.Review your results with a GP
Once your results are ready, you’ll meet with your GP to talk through your personalised insights and discuss practical next steps to support your long‑term health.
Where is the Health Insights test available?
The Health Insights genetic test is available across our London Doctors Clinic locations. You can book it as a standalone test or as an add‑on to our Gold and Platinum health checks.
