South African Immigration Medical
Thinking of moving to South Africa? Before you pack your bags, don’t forget your South Africa immigration medical certificate. Any visitor to South Africa intending to stay more than 90 days will need to first undergo a thorough medical examination, in order to apply for the visa.
What does the medical exam include?
- Physical exam
- Referral for chest x-ray
How long will the appointment take?
You will need a 15-minute consultation costing just £90 where we can complete your medical form for you then and there. We will then need to refer you to a partner clinic for a chest x-ray. You’ll need to bring the South Africa department of home affairs radiologist’s report, for the clinic radiologist to complete.
How much does it cost?
Our South African visa medical costs just £90. For the chest x-ray, we will refer you to one of our partner clinics with prices starting from £65, which will be paid directly to them.
What do I need to bring?
Make sure you bring the form along with you to the appointment.
When will I receive my results?
The radiologists report is usually available in just 3 days (quicker if urgent), and available for collection from the imaging clinic, or they can send it back to you via post.
