Sustain is not a diet programme, it’s a lifestyle programme designed to create long-lasting changes to your behaviour. Our goal is not only to help you lose weight but to support you in maintaining an ideal weight long after the programme is complete. We give you the tools and help you need to overcome your personal barriers to weight loss. 

 
 

How it all works:

 
As well as checking your baseline weight we will also run blood tests to check your cholesterol, triglycerides, HbA1c and give you blood pressure check. This will help you understand your body in much more detail.
 
 
You will have 6 one to one sessions every 2 weeks that are tailored to you and your individual needs. Our qualified experts will help curate a programme that is right for you and your goals and you will receive expert resources to support you on your journey.
 
 
You will have one to one consultations with a registered dietician who will analyse your diet in detail and your programme will be designed with underpinning medical evidence to help ensure you can achieve the best possible results.
 
 
We will do another review of your measurements to see what you have achieved! Once you’ve completed you will have all the tools you need to continue your new healthy lifestyle.
 
 

What is a healthy weight?

Underweight: BMI of 18.4 or less

Healthy Weight: BMI between 18.5 – 24.9

Overweight: BMI between 25 – 30

Obese: BMI of 30 or above
